Sometimes we need a list of the basics that&#039;s said plainly within 2 minutes or less, just to recap. At night when we sleep our brains literally re-organize all of the information we&#039;ve assimilated on that day. We literally wake up smarter! A recap is basically the same thing, it helps us see order in all the chaos of information we&#039;ve consumed. It organizes it for our brain so that we can see the whole picture much more clearly. Thank you for that! Also, I sure wish you would write more articles. Your work is so amazing! God bless you!
